Catanduanes Agricultural and Fishery Councils\u2019 (AFCs) officers and coordinators participated in the Competency Advancement on Policymaking and Engagement (CAPE) Workshop conducted by PCAF and the UP-NCPAG-CLD at Lucky Hotel and Resort in Virac, Catanduanes (source: Partnership Development Division)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

With the objective of enhancing the capacities of Agricultural and Fishery Councils\u2019(AFCs) coordinators and officers of Catanduanes Province in the areas of procedural concerns, advocacy to broaden stakeholder engagement in consultative and feedback mechanism and other policy-related issues towards crafting of sound policies for the agri-fishery sector, the 黑料网 conducted a Competency Advancement on Policymaking and Engagement (CAPE) on June 17-21, 2019 at Lucky Hotel and Resort in Virac.<\/p>\n

Attended by 29 participants, the activity featured resource speakers from the University of the Philippines\u2019 National College of Public Administration and Governance\u2019s Center for Leadership, Citizenship, and Democracy (UP-NCPAG-CLCD) in which topics such as \u201cPolicy Analysis and Development,\u201d \u201cWriting Resolutions,\u201d \u201cAdaptive Uses of Parliamentary Rules in Meetings\u201d and \u201cPolicy Advocacy\u201d were discussed. In order to facilitate the understanding and working knowledge of the attendees, a workshop was conducted at the end of each session. This leg is a follow-up to the previous CAPE Workshops held in the Davao and SOCCSKSARGEN regions on March and April 2019 \u2013 AE<\/strong><\/p>\n
