The move intends to align PCIC\u2019s plans and programs with national development policies and overall fiscal plan in order to effectively perform its mandate of providing insurance protection to farmers in the most cost-efficient manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EO No. 148 also called for the reorganization of the PCIC Board of Directors, which prompted the need for selecting a representative of subsistence farmers in the PCIC Board based on a nationwide selection process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"638\" src=\"https:\/\/pcaf.da.gov.ph\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Selection-Process-1024x638.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15612\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pcaf.da.gov.ph\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Selection-Process-1024x638.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/pcaf.da.gov.ph\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Selection-Process-300x187.jpg 300w, https:\/\/pcaf.da.gov.ph\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Selection-Process-768x479.jpg 768w, https:\/\/pcaf.da.gov.ph\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Selection-Process-500x312.jpg 500w, https:\/\/pcaf.da.gov.ph\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Selection-Process.jpg 1439w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As the focal entity of DA, the 黑料网, in coordination with DA-Regional Field Offices (RFOs) and the assistance of PCIC Regional Offices (ROs) and Local Government Units (LGUs), will lead and supervise the entire process.
