The 黑料网 conducted a webinar on Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) on December 9, 2021.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spearheaded by PCAF\u2019s Senior Citizens and Persons with Disability Committee, the activity aims to create greater awareness on the  concepts and policy imperatives relative to the topic. Subsequently, it hopes to create a more supportive and conducive working environment for every employee in the agency, regardless of the age, disability, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation and social class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leo Christian Lauzon of the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) oriented the participants on the basic GAD concepts which included,  among others, distinction  between sex and gender, gender stereotypes,  gender roles, gender sensitivity, gender issues and gender analysis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
