The 黑料网 has officially launched its month-long celebration of its 12th anniversary, marking over a decade of service in advancing participatory governance in agriculture and fisheries.<\/span><\/p>\n

The activities commenced on June 2, 2025, during the agency’s Monthly Start Off Activity (MSOA), a vital platform for internal updates and showcasing accomplishments across its four Operating Units (OUs). Aside from this, the Administrative, Financial and Management Division also prepared a <\/span>kapehan<\/span><\/i> and <\/span>pandesalan<\/span><\/i> for the employees.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

“For the kick-off activity of our month-long 12th anniversary, let’s take a moment to celebrate how far we have accomplished as well as plan the exciting journey ahead,” said AFMD Chief Cyril Soliaban. <\/span><\/p>\n

He urged the agency to carry forward the same passion, innovation, and unity that have defined PCAF, anticipating a year “filled with possibilities, new collaborations, bolder initiatives, and even greater impact in the agriculture and fisheries sector.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Soliaban also mentioned the collective effort behind PCAF’s success, noting that “None of this would be possible without the dedication of all of us including our officials, employees, and private sector-partners, who work tirelessly behind the scenes. PCAF\u2019s strength lies in its people.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Adding a unique and engaging twist to the celebration, the AFMD hosted the “Amazing Procurement” game on June 3, 2025. <\/span><\/p>\n

The activity is designed to promote the proper execution of the procurement process. Two representatives from each OU competed in a race and completed the entire workflow, from preparing purchase requests to ensuring supplier payment. The 12 steps of the game were strategically aligned with the agency’s 12th anniversary.<\/span><\/p>\n

The competitive yet educational game highlighted the importance of each stage in the procurement process that the end-user must complete:<\/span><\/p>\n

    After the challenge, the Policy Development and Coordination Division, represented by Sectoral Policy Development Section Chief Maria Belen Milanes and Mary Ann De Leon, emerged as the first to successfully navigate all 12 steps. <\/span><\/p>\n
