The sessions also focused on translating the Sagip Saka Act (RA 11321) into concrete local actions through the AFCs’ policy dialogues and planning functions, while participants provided valuable feedback on the draft PCAF Strategic Plan 2026–2031 to ensure that it captures grassroots priorities and realities.

In the breakout sessions, participants worked in teams to formulate practical recommendations and gender-responsive initiatives centered on integrating the Sagip Saka Act into AFC operations, localizing the PCAF Strategic Plan, and identifying priority actions and gender-sensitive proposals for the agency’s FY 2027 Plan and Budget Proposal.
